All of the text on this poster is in English. Pictures show festival attendees including a group of girls in bathing suits wearing wigs with streamers, young man with skull helmets holding wooden staffs, a group of Africans in tribal costume, a man playing an accordion, a puppet that resembles an emaciated elderly Uncle Sam and a young couple sitting together.
