This is a black and white poster. The bottom half lists the program for the 1973/74 season in black letters. The top half consists of a linocut that shows a scene from 'Katja Kabanowa', one of the operas to be performed. One woman is sitting at a desk writing a letter; two other women are sitting at a small table doing needlework. Their dresses and the décor of the room indicate that the story takes place at the end of the 19th century.
