In front there are soldiers and a CIA agent protecting the vulture from two rifles with bayonets The rifles say “Unidad Popular” which was the Leftist coalition party in Salvador Allende's Chile. The soldier protecting the vulture has a banner which reads “Patria, Libertab” but Libertab is probably meant to be Libertad. -

There is a picture of a woman in a yellow hard hat holding a painting in an art gallery, a writer, a potter, a group of girls doing ballet and an actress on stage in costume and makeup performing in an opera. -
