Sign was placed at the corner of University Drive and Payne Street (Va. Rte. 123). Pictured here, from left to right are: Stacy Sherwood, Daniel Harrison, Roland Clark, John C. Wood, J.N.G. Finley, George Hammill, and Dr. Fred Everly.
