A recipe for marmalade made by boiling quinces with sugar, set with pippin jelly (probably a fruit jelly) -

A recipe and method for waterproofing cloth by mixing melted wax with turpentine. -
Wassel Cake
This recipe gives directions for making a "cake" of currants by mixing currants with milk. May be incomplete; title may actually refer to "Wasel" Cake. -
To wash any foul or Dead sore
Directions to make a heated liquid used to treat sores on the body; includes tanner's oil, sage, and alum. -

A medicinal recipe for a paste to be used in childbirth, possibly using agrimony, to turn a breech birth. -

An ointment to remove fire (pain?) from wounds made of sheep suet and ground-ivy. -

A remedy to help reduce redness or possibly inflammation in the face, using herb-of-grace, sage, bay leaf, and sulfur, boiled together and mixed with butter. -

A treatment for the eyes made by mixing celandine with the "juice" of a centipede (possibly a louse) with honey and salt, and dropped into the eye. -
To stop vomiting
A treatment for vomiting made by boiling rosemary, lavender, spearmint, wormwood, cinnamon, and clove with red wine. -

A process for making a distilled grain alcohol using malt. -
To Stay the Bleeding of a vaine that is broken inwardly
A treatment for bleeding or "broken veins" (possibly referring to internal bleeding) using juice from the betony plant steeped in milk. -
To roste [roast] a Shoulder of Mutton in the Blood
A recipe for preparing mutton shoulder using sheep's blood and herbs -
To renew wasted Kidneys
A medical treatment for kidneys made from plantains, elderberries, and white wine. -
To Preserve the strength of Sinemond
A method for preserving cinnamon bark by wrapping in linen cloth. -
To preserve the Face from pittying
An ointment to prevent smallpox scars made from spermaceti, almond oil and beeswax or lard. -
To preserve the Eyes from the Smallpox
Remedy to prevent smallpox from damaging the infected person's eyes. Made from plantain, eyebright, rosewater, camphor, and saffron. -
