A great many people have aided us with this project over the years. We would like to first acknowledge the work of the Mason Libraries’ Special Collections Research Center (SCRC) in acquiring, processing, digitizing, and creating a finding aid for the Elizabeth Fairfax Cookbook manuscript upon which this project is based. We would also like to thank the Mason Libraries Administration for their ongoing support for this project, starting with Diane Smith, Associate University Librarian (AUL) for our division at the project’s inception (she has since retired).
