Take a pinte & half of Milk & a pd of floor [illegible] half a pd of buter & put thm in when the Milk is Cold put in 2 Spounfull of Barm - if you mix 4 or 5 pd of it you must take a good Glass full of watter & proportion Watter with the Mixture & stir thm well to geather & let thm stand all the day & Night folowing thn bake thm Next day
