Take the Skins of 3 lemons paired very thick boil them Water till they be tender beat thm small; half A pound of Almons Blanch & Beat them: wth Rose or Oringe flowr Wat ter Half a Pound of Sugar - 8 eggs leave out 4 whits 3 [illegible] quarters of A Pound of Butter melted which must stand till it be almost Cold before it be put to the [illegible] rest mix all togather & fill youre Cheese Cakes
